Happy Thursday, guys! This quote appeared in the Politico today and I thought you would enjoy it.

It refers to the current scene at the State Department: "It's like the last semester of senior year: A lot of foreign service guys are getting ready to go to their next assignments, the politicals are desperate to set "achieveable goals" for 2008 (while looking for new jobs) and the civil servants are just kinda moseying along, knowing in a few months they'll be running the place. Good times - very productive."
