Hanging out with Nicholas- Halloween festivities

We've been enjoying our bonding time with Nicholas. We've been going for lots of long walks, including to the zoo one morning (no pictures, we'll have to get some next time). We also like to read books, follow our rattle with our eyes, sit in our swing, sit in our bouncer, and sleep and eat a lot. Mom and Dad like to take lots of pictures. Plus, we got to dress up in a pumpkin outfit for Halloween!

too cute in my new outfit from Kristin and Ben.

getting ready for Halloween-- it's a friendly ghost!

pumpkin carving with Sara and Cam

It's a ghost like my onsie, and says "B's 1st" on it. Designed by Mommy, carved by Daddy. Teamwork!

my rattle is pretty cool

We had a photo shoot to get the perfect Christmas card picture. We didn't post the winner, but here are a few runner-ups....

and in case you were wondering what the diplocat's been up to, he's been hanging out too, cooking up trouble-- one morning we caught him snoozing in Nicholas's changing table!

We'll wait for next year for baby's first trick or treating experience, but Nicholas did get to dress up as a pumpkin this year. Since he is 6 weeks old now, Mommy can start going to Baby Boot Camp, so we went for the first time today. It was a special day-- "Baby "Boo" camp" and all the kids were dressed up in their costumes. We got apple cider afterwards too. Yummy!
